McCall, who began driving the direction for Seven States Power in 2018, has been recognized for setting Seven States Power on a structured and focused course. The first woman to lead an energy solutions company in the Tennessee Valley, she brings a strong background in contract law, negotiation and project management. By establishing a clarity of mission for Seven States Power with a focus on partnerships, McCall has empowered the rest of the Seven States team to deliver on robust product offerings including solar generation, EV charging infrastructure, load management systems, and middle mile fiber. McCall is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a degree in finance and is a licensed attorney with a degree from the University of Tennessee’s College of Law. She resides in Chattanooga, TN.

Clint Wilson

With more than two decades of experience in the public power industry, Senior Vice President of Engineering & Market Innovation Clint Wilson leads Seven States Power’s efforts related to emerging technologies, connectivity and innovation. He currently heads up efforts to develop a Valley-wide middle mile fiber network that will serve as the communications backbone for the modernization of the electric system while also transporting affordable, wholesale broadband to communities throughout the region. Wilson is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a degree in electrical engineering and holds a MBA from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. He resides in Cleveland, TN.

Steve Noe

Vice President of Sustainability & Energy Resilience Steve Noe led Project Liftoff efforts, a collaboration between Seven States Power Corporation, Huntsville Utilities and the U.S. Space and Rocket Center that combined solar generation with EV charging and battery storage for the first-of-its-kind installation. Noe is currently engaged with local power companies in the development and deployment of solar generation including a unique solar generation partnership between Appalachian Electric Cooperative, New Market, Tenn., and Morristown Utilities Commission, Morristown, Tenn. Noe is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a degree in electrical engineering. He resides in Knoxville, TN.

Lance Irwin

Irwin joined Seven States from the Electric Power Board (EPB) of Chattanooga, where he most recently served as Director of Energy Solutions Technology. Prior to EPB, Irwin served as Director of Global Utility and Renewables Market Strategy at Schneider Electric, a multinational company providing energy and automation digital solutions. Irwin has extensive experience developing and implementing forward-looking strategies and has worked with customers to find solutions that solve complex problems, add value, and grow their business. Irwin is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a degree in electrical and computer engineering. He resides in Knoxville, TN.

Marleen Hamilton
Director, Finance & Accounting

Hamilton brings more than 26 years of corporate accounting experience with both for profit and not for profit organizations and is uniquely positioned to lead finance efforts for Seven States. Most recently, she oversaw day-to-day operations for 19 separate entities, with experience in budgeting, cash management, compliance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, balance sheet reconciliations, and audits. Hamilton holds a bachelor of science in accounting from Lee University and resides in Cleveland, TN.

Joe Knox

Licensed professional engineer Joe Knox joined Seven States from Knox Consulting Services, a consulting business he started in 2015 to provide technical services to a wide range of clients. His extensive engineering and project management experience will be invaluable as Seven States continues to partner with local power companies to meet the growing demand for technology in the Valley. Knox is a native of Middle Tennessee and graduated from Tennessee Technological University with a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering. He currently resides in Hendersonville, TN.

Jessica Bradshaw
Director, Business Support Services

Jessica Bradshaw serves as Director of Business Support Services, providing support for the Seven States’ expanding engagement efforts with members and partners. After nearly a decade as a high school English instructor in White House, TN, Bradshaw served as a copy editor for an advertising agency where she acquired valuable skills executing high-quality ad campaigns for clients. She later joined Springfield Electric to provide support in several key areas, including customer service, external communications, research, and event planning. Bradshaw holds a bachelor’s degree from Western Kentucky University and a master’s degree from the University of Houston-Victoria. She currently resides in Cross Plains, TN.
