Request for Proposal (RFP) for Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) & 20 Year Service Agreement

Seven States Power Corporation requests proposals from qualified battery energy storage system Bidders for one integrated Category A portfolio award covering 18 projects at 17 project locations. The Selectee will furnish the complete equipment package, delivery, commissioning support, a 20-year equipment warranty, and a mandatory 20-year long-term service agreement covering equipment warranty administration, preventive and corrective maintenance within the Selectee's equipment scope, replacement parts, technical support, software and controls support, augmentation, and other long-term equipment services specified in this RFP. Site design and physical installation will be performed by Seven States' contractors. Site operations and services outside the Selectee's equipment scope may be separately procured by Seven States.
