The purpose of this RFQ is to:

1. Obtain budgetary, non-binding pricing for equipment supply up to the point of interconnection.

2. Identify which manufacturers can meet the Investment Tax Credit (ITC) Domestic Content requirements or have a defined plan to achieve compliance.

3. Establish a qualified bidder list for a forthcoming, competitive Request for Proposal (RFP).

2. Identify manufacturers capable of meeting Buy America and Domestic Content requirements necessary to qualify for the Investment Tax Credit (ITC) under the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA),

3. Confirm manufacturing availability and schedules to enable off-site manufacturing prior to July 4, 2026.
